Greek Prime Minister Offers New Bailout Concessions

Alexis Tsipras sent a letter to Greece's creditors offering new concessions, but Germany's chancellor and the finance minister say no one should expect anything to happen with Greece's bailout deal before the country holds its referendum Sunday.
