Alexis Tsipras sent a letter to Greece's creditors offering new concessions, but Germany's chancellor and the finance minister say no one should expect anything to happen with Greece's bailout deal before the country holds its referendum Sunday.

Eurozone finance ministers are discussing Greece's latest proposals in a teleconference today. John Psaropoulos has been covering this and joins Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson from Athens with the latest.
