Drought-stricken California is facing one of the worst wildfire seasons in recent memory, with more than 20 major fires burning around the state. Fires have displaced some 13,000 people from their homes. Dan Brekke of KQED joins Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd with details on the biggest fire in Northern California, the so-called Rocky Fire.
