Polls by Time magazine and the Drudge Report show voters think Donald Trump won the primetime Republican presidential candidates debate last night, but Fox News analysts and pollster Frank Luntz's focus group said Trump lost because "his act wore thin."

Trump dismissed Luntz's research, telling NBC's "Today Show" that "Luntz is a dunce."

Also, former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina is widely considered to have won the earlier debate between lower-polling candidates, which may vault her into the higher tier of candidates.

Here & Now's Robin Young and Peter O'Dowd are joined by Domenico Montanaro and April Ryan to discuss the debates.
