Walker, Rubio Share Their Plans To Replace Obamacare

Republican presidential candidates Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and U.S. Senator Marco Rubio have released their policy plans to replace President Obama's health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act - also known as Obamacare.

Walker's plan would eliminate some federal mandates and provide tax credits for Americans without employer-sponsored health insurance. The amount would be based on age rather than income. Rubio's plan would change the employer-based tax exclusion for health insurance.
