U.S. Announcing New Changes Loosening Travel And Business Restrictions On Cuba

The Obama administration is expected to announce, as soon as today, new changes to loosen travel and business restrictions on Cuba, according to multiple media reports.

The changes would allow U.S. companies to establish subsidiaries with Cuba, and would also making it easier for cruise ships to stop in Cuba.

Michael Regan of Bloomberg news discussed what these changes would mean with Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd.
