For the sixth straight day, Russian war planes are striking Syria. The Russians say they're hitting ISIS and other extremists who oppose Syrian President Bashar Assad. The U.S. believes the targets include American-supported rebels who also oppose Assad. Here & Now's Robin Young asks military analyst Andrew Bacevich about the Russian decision to escalate its role in the conflict, and whether U.S. strategy should change.
