New Supreme Court Term Begins

It's the first Monday in October, and for legal nerds that means one thing: The Supreme Court gets back to work. The historic term that just wrapped up ruled on Obamacare and same-sex marriage.

So what's at issue for the justices this time around? Court watchers say the big cases involve deciding how unions charge dues, abortion regulations and birth control access under Obamacare.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with NPR's legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg about what to expect in the upcoming term.
