Older adults aren’t getting enough exercise, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. National guidelines from the Department of Health and Human Services recommend that all adults get at least two and a half hours a week of moderate exercise. But even that can be a challenge for older adults. So, researchers are taking a new look at an old school approach to exercise: mall walking. Ruby de Luna from Here & Now contributor KUOW reports.
