New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has ordered the daily fantasy sports sites DraftKings and FanDuel to stop accepting bets in the state, after deciding the contests amount to illegal gambling.

Nevada made a similar decision last month, requiring fantasy sports companies to obtain a gambling license. At issue is whether the contests are a game of chance or skill. New York's attorney general say it's a game of chance; DraftKings and FanDuel argue it's a game of skill.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Curt Nickisch, business and technology reporter for WBUR, about the legal battle over these sites.
