Democrats, in the their second presidential primary debate on Saturday, clashed over how best to fight ISIS. Among the Republicans running for the White House, Donald Trump and Ben Carson are finding their outsider appeal under scrutiny as voters refocus their attention on which candidate is best suited to be commander-in-chief.
