Accused Planned Parenthood Shooter Due In Court

The man accused of opening fire at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs the day after Thanksgiving will make his first court appearance today.

Three people died in the rampage: 29-year-old Ke'Arre M Stewart, 36-year-old Jennifer Markovsky and 44-year-old Garrett Swasey. Nine others were injured.

Robert Lewis Dear, 57, is accused in the shootings. Colorado Springs police have not disclosed any motive for the attack. Ben Markus is covering the story for Colorado Public Radio and joins Here & Now's Indira Lakshmanan with the latest.
