Addressing The Lack Of Diversity At American Art Museums

The people in leadership positions at American art museums don't reflect the population of the U.S., according to a recent study by the Mellon Foundation. In response to the findings, the foundation decided to create an incubator program to mentor students of color at five major metropolitan museums around the country.
