Record $9 Billion Requested For Syria Aid

An international donor conference kicks off in London today, to aid victims of the Syrian civil war. The U.N. and countries around Syria are asking for a record $9 billion in assistance this year. This comes as the latest peace talks were suspended. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson and Ali Velshi of Al Jazeera America look at who is pledging what, and if it will fulfill the need.
