North Dakota Muddles Delegate Math Further

North Dakota Republicans chose 25 delegates on Sunday to send to the party’s National Convention, but none of them are bound to a presidential candidate.

Ted Cruz's campaign claimed 18 supporters among the 25 elected delegates, but those 18 aren’t actually required to vote for him.
