It takes women about 16 months to make the same amount of money as men earn in a calendar year. Today is Equal Pay Day, marking the date when women would have matched men's pay for 2015. NPR’s Marilyn Geewax speaks with Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson about women's fight for equal pay, and how things have changed since the observance began in 1996.
