S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Average Hit Record Highs

On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average hit a record high of 18,345, beating the previous record set in May 2015. The S&P 500 also hit a high yesterday, for a second day in the row. Meanwhile, there is more dour economic news today for Venezuela.

The International Energy Agency reports that oil exports could fall by 10 percent this year. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson gets the latest from CNN's Maggie Lake.
