Campus Open Gun Carry Comes To Texas

A controversial “campus carry” law goes into effect today in Texas. Now, Texans with gun licenses can be armed at public colleges across the state. Texas joins eight states that allow guns on college campuses. Laura Isensee from Here & Now contributor Houston Public Media reports.
