In Washington D.C., At-Risk Youth Take To The Stage Over Racial Violence03:46
PlayIn Spanish, "paso nuevo" means new steps. Paso Nuevo is also the name of a performing arts program in Washington, D.C. where at-risk youth learn acting, script writing and other theater skills.
This summer, many of these young people of color are using the stage to voice their concerns over recent incidents of race-related violence.
