Nations Debate First Global Limits On Airplane Carbon Emissions

Talks begin in Montreal today over the first global limits ever on carbon emissions from international flights. Representatives from about 200 countries are taking part. China and the United States have already backed the deal.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Jason Bellini of the Wall Street Journal about what the deal would do, and the sticking points that remain.
