Contractors are shelving projects in Colorado because they can’t hire enough construction workers. The labor shortage is a problem across the country and it comes at a time when Donald Trump has promised to put people to work with a $1 trillion infrastructure stimulus.

Here & Now’s Peter O’Dowd asks Michael Gifford (@mgifford7), CEO of the Associated General Contractors of Colorado, if the industry has the workers it needs to pull off Trump’s plan.

This segment aired on November 22, 2016.
