Why A Rule Change Could Come Back To Hurt Senate Democrats

In 2013, Democrats in Congress changed legislation to weaken the power of the Senate minority, making it easier to approve President Barack Obama’s executive and judicial nominees.

Now that Donald Trump is president-elect, and Republicans will control the House and Senate, that rule change could come back to haunt them much sooner than they were expecting.
