In Aleppo, A Fragile Truce Allows People To Leave The Besieged City

The evacuations of civilians, the wounded and the rebel fighters is underway in Aleppo.

They are leaving the eastern part of the city, which has been held by the rebels for nearly four years. Syrian government forces have more or less re-taken all of those areas.
