President-elect Donald Trump has expressed interest in moving the U.S. Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Kellyanne Conway, Trump's senior adviser, called it a "very big priority" in a recent radio interview.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson talks with Wilson Center analyst Aaron David Miller (@aarondmiller2) — also a former Middle East negotiator for Republican and Democratic administrations — about previous campaigns to move the embassy, and what it would mean.

This segment aired on December 15, 2016.
