Every year the airline industry brings a cast of changes, many of which elicit more groans than smiles.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Jason Bellini (@jasonbellini) of the Wall Street Journal about the trends to expect in 2017, including new fees and possible delays due to more computer outages, as well as the introduction from some airlines of premium economy cabins which offer more space and better meals.
