Day 3 of confirmation hearings are underway for Judge Neil Gorsuch, President Trump's pick to succeed the late Justice Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court. Gorsuch answered questions before the Senate Judiciary Committee for nearly 12 hours Tuesday, and Wednesday is scheduled to be his last day of testimony.
