Trump Administration May Make Only Modest Changes To NAFTA

The Trump administration may be willing to live with some of the most controversial provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement, according to a draft proposal obtained by The Wall Street Journal. This after President Trump called the trade agreement a "disaster" during his campaign.
