With new restrictions on what airline passengers can carry into the cabin on direct flights from eight majority-Muslim nations, travelers now have to check their electronics.

The order has many travelers worried about damage, theft and data breaches, and it's also having a particular effect on some American musicians. NPR's Anastasia Tsioulcas (@anastasiat) explains.
