Texas Conservatives Call For A Constitutional Convention

Republican Gov. Greg Abbott is leading the charge to call for a constitutional convention to pass amendments that would limit the power of the federal government. If the Texas legislature votes to do so, as expected, the state would become the 10th state calling for a "convention of states."
