Russian And German Leaders Meet Amid Tensions

German Chancellor Angela Merkel is visiting Russia for the first time in two years. She met President Vladimir Putin in Sochi on Tuesday to talk about this summer's G-20 meeting in Hamburg. But below the surface, the two countries have differences over Ukraine and Syria.
