Sweden Drops Rape Charges Against Julian Assange

Sweden's top prosecutor said Friday she will drop the rape investigation into Julian Assange, who has sought shelter from criminal prosecution at the Ecuadorian embassy in London since 2012.

The WikiLeaks founder tweeted a photo of himself grinning after the news broke, but he still faces criminal charges in the United Kingdom and possible extradition to the United States. Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd gets the latest from the BBC's Helena Lee (@BBCHelenaLee).
