Budgeting Underway While Trump Is In Israel

As President Trump tours Israel, his administration is preparing to release a budget proposal that’s expected to slash social programs. While that’s in line with Republican orthodoxy, the proposal worries some GOP lawmakers who want to protect Medicare expansion.
