California Ski Resort Will Stay Open Longer Than Usual After Record Snowfall

Thanks to record snowfall in the Sierra Nevadas this winter, some California resorts have extended the ski season well into the summer. Mammoth Mountain will stay open into August this year, something it has only done once before, in 1995.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson talks with Mammoth Mountain's Lauren Burke about what conditions are like on the slopes.
