D.C. And Maryland Sue Trump Over Alleged Constitution Violations

The Democratic attorneys general of Maryland and Washington, D.C., are filing a lawsuit against President Trump on Monday. It alleges the president violated the Constitution by retaining ownership of his business and accepting payments from foreign governments.
