H-2B Visa Changes Linked To Seasonal Worker Shortage In Massachusetts

Each summer, vacation spots rely on temporary foreign workers who come to the United States on H-2B visas. This year, changes to the H-2B visa program have caused some confusion and a severe shortage of short-term workers.
