President Opens 2-Day Visit In France

President Trump is in Paris for meetings with the new French President Emmanuel Macron Thursday. The two men will also attend Bastille Day celebrations Thursday before President Trump returns to the U.S. The trip follows the release of emails by the president's son, Donald Trump Jr., that show he met with a Russian lawyer during last year's election campaign.
