More than a month after Hurricane Harvey devastated southeastern Texas, hospitals are feeling financial strains. More than 20 Texas hospitals were forced to evacuate some or all their patients. Others took in extra patients — some who couldn't afford treatment — and cancelled more lucrative elective surgeries.

This segment aired on October 4, 2017.
