It's been more than three weeks since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, destroying the power grid and leaving many residents without access to clean water.

Here & Now's Robin Young gets an update from WBUR's Simón Rios (@simonfrios), who has been traveling with Puerto Ricans from the mainland who are helping with the relief effort.
