Rain In The Forecast To Bring Relief To California's Weary Firefighters

As weather conditions improve and firefighters continue to make progress on the fires burning in Northern California, many evacuees are returning home and much of the region is turning toward recovery. FEMA Administrator Brock Long was there Tuesday to survey damage and encouraged people to apply for help.
