With Eye On Profitability, Twitter Changes Ad Policies

In its third-quarter earnings report, Twitter announced that its user base was up and costs were down. The news also means Twitter could soon reach an important milestone: profitability.

Still, the company faces challenges like falling revenues, concerns about its user policies and whether it's doing enough to protect users from abuse. Here & Now's Meghna Chakrabarti discusses with Emily Glazer (@EmilyGlazerWSJ) of The Wall Street Journal.
