Jury selection is underway in Las Vegas in the federal trial of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his sons. The Bundy sons were acquitted last year in a separate case in which they were accused of preventing federal workers from accessing land at a wildlife refuge in Oregon.

Sadie Babits (@sadiebabits), environmental journalism fellow at the University of Colorado Boulder, joins Here & Now's Robin Young to discuss the Las Vegas case, in which the Bundys are accused of leading an armed standoff against federal agents.

This segment aired on November 1, 2017.
