Trump Slams Democrats After NYC Attack; GOP Tax Bill Delayed

President Trump tweeted Wednesday morning, "We are fighting hard for Merit Based immigration, no more Democrat Lottery Systems. We must get MUCH tougher (and smarter)," following Tuesday's deadly truck attack in Manhattan by an Uzbek green card holder who officials say was inspired by ISIS.
