There were revelations over the weekend that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross has a financial interest in a shipping firm which has connections to a Russian oligarch and also the son-in-law of Russian president Vladimir Putin. Also roiling Washington over the weekend was former DNC chair Donna Brazile's book about the 2016 election.
