As GOP Rushes To Pass Tax Overhaul, Questions Linger Over Who Benefits

House Speaker Paul Ryan says Republicans in his chamber of Congress are "on track" to pass a tax overhaul bill by Thanksgiving, but questions remain about who benefits from the GOP's plan. The Tax Policy Center said Monday that the bill disproportionately rewarded the richest Americans, but later retracted its report due to an accounting error.
