House Speaker Paul Ryan says Republicans in his chamber of Congress are "on track" to pass a tax overhaul bill by Thanksgiving, but questions remain about who benefits from the GOP's plan. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson gets the latest on the Republican tax plan from NPR's Kelsey Snell (@kelsey_snell).

This segment aired on November 7, 2017.
