Trump Praises China, Shifts Blame For U.S. Trade Deficit

President Trump toasted his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping Thursday at a state dinner in Beijing, saying the bonds between the two countries "will only grow stronger and stronger." He also said China is not to blame for the massive U.S. trade deficit with China.
