Newtown Families Seek Appeal In Case Against Gun Companies

Lawyers for nine families of children killed in 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut — and one survivor — are asking a state Supreme Court judge to reinstate their lawsuit against Remington Arms, the company that manufactured the gun that was used in the shooting.
