Voters in Atlanta will decide Tuesday whether African-American Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms or Mary Norwood, a white independent, will be the city's next mayor. The race is seen as a test of the Democratic Party's long-standing political clout among black voters, which has been on the wane.
