House Poised To Vote On Tax Code Overhaul, Followed By Senate

Lawmakers in the House are expected to vote on the $1.5 trillion tax overhaul bill Tuesday. It would be the biggest change to the tax code in more than 30 years.

NPR's Susan Davis (@DaviSusan) joins Here & Now's Robin Young to discuss how nonpartisan tax analysts have scored the plan, and when provisions are expected to kick in.
