Many educational institutions aspire to racial diversity. But that's not quite the aim of the newest charter school in Nashville. KIPP Nashville College Prep Elementary is embracing what is a reality for many urban schools: the students are primarily African-American. And it's flipping that cultural isolation into a positive.
