President Trump has urged local law enforcement agencies to do more to report illegal immigration under a program called 287(g). The program is run by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. Roughly 60 police and sheriff's departments in 18 states have 287(g) agreements in place.

Four of them are in Georgia, and the program may be expanding in that state. Sean Powers (@SeanPowersGPB) from Georgia Public Broadcasting reports.

This segment aired on December 21, 2017.
