Alma Roberts and her family lost their home after Hurricane Harvey pummeled Houston. They had lived there for almost 15 years and suffered two previous floods. Now, they are living in an Airbnb and working through the complicated and time-consuming process of getting insurance to cover the costs of rebuilding.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Roberts about the recovery process.
